Coming Home Never Felt So Good...Yet another visual indicator of the problems in the housing market and it's affects on suburban subdivisions. This one was also made in Swanton, Ohio. There are more, it's just a matter of me editing them.

It's good to see some new work.
Unfortunately we have an either/or attitude about land development in this society. We either leave nature, or we plow over it. I suppose the trick is to learn how to develop with nature.
The suburbs are a good idea on paper, to me at least. They somewhat understand that people need fresh air and green places to walk. Under current design principals, however, most of those places are simply empty enthusiasm and extremely poor substitutes for the real thing.
Your best work shows us the redemptive qualities of the burbs, while simultaneously trying to show us what to fix.
Not many people think like that.
